  11. We have, oh, I'd say, 15-20 Practical Peripheral modems in the house.
  12. Mostly PM288MT II V.34 models, with the rest being 14.4 modems.

  14. In the last 2-3 months, we have had to mail back 3-4 modems because
  15. they died.  Is anyone else having quality problems?

  17. I'm just wondering if the Hayes bankruptcy plus the consolidation of
  18. PPI back to Georgia was/is part of the cause.
